Compose reporting layouts
Compose the timeframe week selector from the shared building blocks the reporting surfaces use.

The prebuilt reporting composites (Cost, Ebitda, EnergyBalance, HashBalance, Hashrate) and their per-composite
guides were removed from the devkit in 0.12. The shared timeframe building blocks below are what remains of that surface.
The building blocks below receive pre-shaped data as props and do no fetching, so you wire your own data layer (RTK Query, TanStack, fixtures) around them.
